By accessing or using Pasabaya.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Pasabaya.app, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You have not been convicted of a felony or any crime involving physical violence, harassment, or sexual misconduct.
• You are not required to register as a sex offender with any governmental agency.

3. Nature of Service & Assumption of Risk

Pasabaya.app serves as a platform for users to post ride offers and requests. We are not involved in the actual coordination, payment, or execution of any carpooling arrangements.

You agree to assume all risks associated with any online or offline interactions with other users. You acknowledge that Pasabaya.app has no control over the conduct of its users and assumes no responsibility for their actions.

4. User Responsibility & Verification

Because we do not verify users, you must perform your own due diligence.

• Facebook Coordination: We require a Facebook profile link to facilitate transparency. You must inspect the profiles of potential ride partners (account age, activity, mutual friends) before agreeing to meet.
• External Communication: All coordination happens via Facebook Messenger or other external channels. Pasabaya.app does not monitor or store these communications.
• Safety Precautions: We strongly recommend meeting in public, well-lit areas, informing family/friends of your trip details, and sharing your live location during the ride.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Pasabaya.app does not warrant that the service will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pasabaya.app and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to bodily injury, emotional distress, or property damage arising out of your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pasabaya.app and its creators from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to ban any user or remove any post at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for behavior that we deem harmful, abusive, or contrary to the community spirit of Pasabaya.app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
